dc.description.abstractA general purpose 2-D graphics package termed CHITRA has been developed, to aid the design of discrete systems. CHITRA permits the rapid interactive description and design of multiterminal subsystems and links for their interconnection. Attributes can be defined for a subsystem as a whole or for each of its terminals. The package also provides a number of FORTRAN callable access routines to aid the development of application specific post-processors.en_US
