The hydropneumatic biosimulation is a methodology that is able to simulate the behavior (like movements) of such organisms on the physical level in a biological correct way. Hydropneumatic simulation heavily relies on visualisation: the simulation model is visually constructed and the simulation results are presented visually to the user.
