Creating a Specialization Master Degree is a hard task to be solved by one only Universitary Institution. By one hand, the number of disciplines offered must be large, in such a way it is possible for the students can make their most adequate choices and, by other hand, the number of students has to be large enough to justify the invest- ment. With the appearing infrastructures to support Distance Teaching and Learning, as those that are being installed or predicted in several Institutions, it looks technically possible to define one Specialized Master Degree, at a national scale, that can join the best qualifications and skills from several Portuguese Superior Teaching Institu- tions.Attribution 4.0 International License10.2312/pt.2003159783-864 pages
