the 3D view of the platform. Colors delineate three regions that have different
physiological parameters : The left ventricle in red, the right ventricle in orange, and
the dyskinetic area in white. Two landmarks have been placed on the surface of the right
ventricle. They are attached to their respective vertices.

simulationresults2D.avi: The simulation results are intersected with the MRI sequence
image plane. The active contraction map is displayed. Movie shows the coherent movement of
the simulated myocardium regarding to the input MRI sequence.
