How do I join Eurographics?
If you want to apply for an organisational membership, please use the Application Form (OM).
Changes to Fee Structure
- Access to the full contents of the Eurographics Digital Library is now included in the basic membership fee.
- There is no print option available due to the decision that the standard publication model for Eurographics events is now electronic-only.
- Employees of an Eurographics Organisational Member are encouraged to become individual members for a significantly reduced membership fee and take advantage of the rights and benefits of an individual membership.
- Eurographics introduces Lifetime Membership for Ordinary Members at the following rates: age 55 to 59: based on 15 times the Ordinary membership fee; age 60 and over: based on 10 times the Ordinary membership fee. Lifetime Members are not entitled to claim any other discounts on the membership fee.
Membership Application Instructions
- Complete the Personal Details section. When filling the form, if you want to enter non-ASCII characters (umlauts, acutes...) these have to be either in ISO Latin1 encoding (i.e. from a Windows- or UNIX-machine) or HTML ISO entities (like ö for ö, é for é etc). Items indicated with a '*' are required.
- Decide whether you want initially a membership for one year only, or whether you take 2 or 3 years instead. By choosing to pay for several years in one step, you protect yourself against potential increase of membership fees. Please note that in any case the EUROGRAPHICS membership is strictly for the calendar year (1st of January to 31st December)! However for applications received in November/ December, membership will expire at the end of the following calendar year, i.e. after fourteen/ thirteen months.
- Decide on the appropriate Subscription Rate. You may qualify for a new discount. Please be aware that discounts do not add up.
- Complete the Payment:
Payment with credit card is the only accepted method, submitted either
electronically with Saferpay or by surface mail/fax.
If you do not wish to use Saferpay, you can send your data by surface mail/fax. To do so, print this filled out form and send it to the Return Address. The application which is sent by surface mail must be accompanied by payment or proof of payment. Purchase orders cannot be accepted and will be returned unfilled. - Submit the form.

Lifetime Membership
You can apply for lifetime membership if you are aged 55 or over. If you apply for life membership, you assert that your age is in the appropriate range.

Form processing and Return Addresses
Please, submit the form now by pushing the button below. This will check the form content, and create a temporary database entry in our online member's database; this entry will become "valid" as soon as your payment has been validated. You will receive further notification by email on how to access your electronic record. As a member of Eurographics, you will have exclusive access to your database record, and you can change it whenever you wish.

To ensure quick processing, we advise you to send the application by fax or email rather than sending by mail.
Again, you have to submit this electronic form in any case, otherwise we cannot process your membership application!
