In this paper,we introduce the use of agents in combinationwith virtual realities as one possibility to enhancefuture communication systems.These agents support the user and his/her interactionwith objects within the virtual world. Themain goal of our approachincludes the implementation of helpers, personalassistants, and tour guides tomake multi-user virtual environmentsmore lively and realistic.
